My Fitflops were delivered on the same day as they were ordered! I ordered a pair of Fitflops at 3pm and they were delivered later that evening. The shoes are perfect and the price was reasonable. The service was first class.

27 March 2012 Could be better I received part of my order which was in stock. I phoned yesterday to ask when the rest would arrive and the lady on the phone said she'd get back to me. I checked with her that she had my mobile number correct and that she'd ring me back on the same day. She said she would. She has not. It is a simple phone call and I find it disappointing that a simple commitment as such could not be fulfilled. I am refurbishing my house and there are so many other calls I have to make. I now have to keep chasing 'handles 4 doors' for the handles. Thanks for your consideration. Regards

Faultless!First time I've used this company - found their information on the best boots for different uses very helpful, but this was eclipsed by the service: I ordered my wellies online in the early evening on the Thursday and they were with me by 12.30 the following lunchtime! I am so impressed (and the boots aren't bad either!).
